I went on a tour today of Information Services (ISV) with the Manager and everyone appeared professional and intensely focused on their work.
I saw the Public email station, Special Collections desk, phone centre, MC Position (Mission Control), and L2 Desk.
I saw the collaboration station and some of the issues involved with it.
When I was walking with the Manager, a patron approached us fairly quickly seeking help as we toured a floor.
I saw a hand off of the patron to a rover summoned by customer phone at the foot of the escalator.
I saw the tablets and phones and the new tablet holder.
All in all, a rather uneventful stroll through the ISV universe.
