Purpose:
To assist and represent members who are navigating classification reviews as well as scrutinize job postings. 
 
Membership: Appointed by Executive.

Classifications review process as defined in the Collective Agreement Section: Job postings, both internal and external. 
 
Out of scope: Grievances as a result of interview process or classification review. 
 
Authority:
 
To communicate with members regarding the classification review process and navigating their review. 
 
Requires approval: Communicating directly with the employer. 
 
Meetings:
 
Minimum of 2 meetings/year 
 
Reporting Structure:
 
Recording Secretary via Committee Chair 
 
Resources:
 
$5000 (as set by the 2020 CUPE 391 budget)
 
Deliverables:
 
Annual report to be presented at the AGM. 
 
Review and maintain the Classification page on the website.
