Who we are

CUPE Local 391 represents the more than 750 employees of Vancouver Public Library as well as the employees of Sechelt Public Library and the Gibsons and District Public Library.

We are librarians, library assistants, delivery staff, maintenance workers, graphic designers, supervisors, library technicians, corporate service clerks, and printers.

We are compassionate advocates and thoughtful negotiators. We are active in our local community and engaged in the broader community.
