60 members are now booked for the May 30th Board meeting. We have 10 more seats booked since yesterday. Please book your seat today. The choice of venue depends on it. At this point the Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for the Staff Lounge. If prospective attendance keeps increasing, the venue may change to the Vancouver Playhouse at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. The Vancouver Playhouse holds 150 people.
Call 604-331-4000 or 604-331-4003 to book your seat. You cannot book on Saturday or Sunday as no administrative staff will be here. So book today!
